Our Operations and Finance Team is headed by Lorraine McDyer and is here to assist you with all operational, contractual and financial queries you may have with regard to your Erasmus project.
The first place to start is our PIC Registration Guide which will guide you through all the steps involved in registering for your PIC.
Click on the relevant guide below:
We advise you visit the Participant Portal to verify if your organisation is already registered: http://ec.europa.eu/education/participants/portal
Click ‘organisations’ and then ‘search’ to check if your organisation is already registered.
If your organisation isn't already registered it is time to set up your EU Login
Once you have your EU Login, Log in to the Participant Portal with your EU Login details. You will see your user name on the right of the screen. Click ‘Organisations’ and then ‘Register’.
Click ‘Register organisation’. If you have to stop at any time in the registration process, you can save your details and click ‘Resume registration’ when you begin again.
If your data matches a PIC already created by your organisation the Portal will highlight this. Click ‘Use this PIC’ and record the PIC number. If you want to check who the contact person in your own organisation is, click ‘contact organisation’ to send an email to them.
If the data does NOT match your organisation, tick the ‘none of the organisations’ box at the bottom of the page and continue with your registration.
Continue filling in the information about your organisation. You will be asked to state its legal status. Click on the ‘i’ icons for descriptions of each one and choose the most appropriate for your organisation.
NB: Only informal groups of young people should choose ‘a natural person’.
In the contact information section, some details will be pre-filled from your EU Login account. If you want to change the details, click ‘no’ and enter new information.
Note that the listed contact is the person who will receive notifications about the registration process.
Your PIC is generated and displayed on screen. Print and keep for your records along with the EU Login account details. Log in to your PIC and upload all supporting documentation.

"When setting up your PIC we recommend you have at least two people with access to the PIC to ensure a backup. By selecting the MR button (Manage Roles) the self-registrant can add up to 10 additional users who will be assigned to the self-registrant role. Each user will then have access to modify the organisation details and manage roles"
